The products are dispatched the next working day – Monday to Friday (not on Saturday or Sunday).

Delivery date
We will of course take into account the requested delivery date, however we cannot guarantee that the package arrives on the agreed on date (see time of delivery above).
Delivery address
The package will be delivered to the address indicated by you. In case the consignee is not present, the transport company will arrange a new date of delivery. Therefore the recipient’s phone number is required.
Customs
Customs clearing times are not included in the delivery time. In case the recipient has to pay customs duties we will be indemnified since we do not have any influence on this.

Refrigerated, the Imperial Torte has a shelf-life of 8 weeks (storage in the fridge at 6-8° C). Best Before date see the stamp – mindestens haltbar bis / best before. After opening keep refrigerated and consume asap.

When placing your order in the Online Shop, you can provide your personal text, which we enclose in form of a greeting card.
The Imperial Torte is available daily at Café Imperial Wien – Imperial Torte Boutique, from 7:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m.
All three Imperial Torte products are in stock and do not have to be ordered in advance. Pre-orders necessary only from 20 pieces upwards.
We send our Imperial Torte round the globe with courier service. However please note there are countries that do not permit the import of food. Further information at Shipping information – view list.
The transport charges depend on weight of the product and the destination (delivery address). The transport charges are listed after entering the delivery address in the shopping cart of the online order.
